Pool is not heated. Gardening on Friday morning. Trash out on Sunday night. Mini Convection Oven is available. Ice dispenser on the refrigerator is out of order. Please use ice cube trays provided at the house. SAFETY TIPS TO USE THE POOL We also wanted to share with you some safety tips you should remember when your kids are around the pool so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any accidents: 1. Never go near the pool without adult supervision. 2. Check the water's depth before diving or jumping in. 3. Have your kids use life jackets or floatation devices if they are not a confident swimmer. 4. Don't play with objects that could be dangerous in the water, such as glass or long sticks. Guests will have access to the entire home, except for few closets and cabinets that we have locked. We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras are in place. check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. No smoking in the house. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would cause stains. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay.
