With fireplaces on both levels, the upstairs offers three tranquil bedrooms and two renovated bathrooms—one with a treetop-view bathtub, the other with a waterfall shower. A screened-in porch invites you to enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks with views of birds and bay trees. Downstairs, the dining room, living room, and piano room provide inviting communal spaces, along with an additional bathroom. The kitchen is a delight, stocked with cast-iron cookware collected by Catine Perkins, the owner’s mother, a noted gardener, cook, and artist. Guests can prepare coffee and tea, gather fresh eggs from the backyard coop, and pick herbs from the garden. Nearby shops, including the iconic Tracy’s Drive-In Grocery—an eclectic stop for coffee, teas, sandwiches, and essentials—make stocking up easy. *Note: This property features security cameras with video recording in progress. One is mounted outside near the back gate as guests come onto the property, a second camera outside the front door facing outward and a third camera inside the screened in porch facing the 2 back doors toward the backyard, with a view to the French door entrance as well. **The health and safety of our guests is paramount.
