Welcome, to your dream mountain getaway. This unique three-level chalet offers you an ultimate getaway experience with the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience right in the heart of the Blue Mountains. This property has everything to make your stay with family or friends truly an unforgettable experience. Our chalet is a licensed STA accommodation for 20 people. License Number: LCSTR20210000129. • An STA fee of $100 is applicable to each rental. . • A Pre-Authorized Damage Deposit is required to gain access to the property. Renters under 25 will be subject to a higher Damage Deposit and an Extra Security Charge. • Bed Linens are provided for all 10 bedrooms. Linen is packaged and sealed for our guest protection and left at the end of each bed. Included in each linen set are a fitted sheet, a top sheet, and 2 pillowcases. • A BBQ station has a gas line connected to it and does not require a gas tank to use it. • Please note, bath towels are not provided. Please have your guests bring their own towels. We do provide kitchen towels, shower mats, and hand towels in each of the bathrooms. Also, for each bathroom, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of Kleenex, a hand-washing soap, body wash shampoo, conditioner. • This property's Maximum Occupancy is 20 people. This is strictly enforced. • Your driveway fits 10 cars. Parking on the street is Not Allowed. You will get a fine from the town and/or will be towed at your expense. • There is No Smoking inside the property at any time. Smoking inside the property of any kind will result in a possible loss of up to your full damage deposit. • The Blue Mountain Noise bylaws are in effect. Please ensure that there is no music being played outside. If there is loud noise inside, make sure all the windows and doors are closed. For those that are on the outside patio or deck, make sure their voices are to a minimum.
