With two master suites each with their own bathrooms, this home is a great choice for two families visiting Tucson together. This Tucson home has old world burnt adobe construction on the outside which has been completely remodeled in 2022 on the inside. The entire interior contains all new furnishings and appliances and features a modern farmhouse theme. This unique home features four bedrooms two of which are well-appointed with King beds, and two of which have Queen beds. The Master Bedroom has a private 3/4 bathroom and the EnSuite located on the other side of the house also has a private 3/4 bathroom. There is also a full bathroom in the hallway for bedrooms 2 and 3 to share. An air mattresses in the closet allows another 1 or 2 children to sleep in the living room. The home has a large backyard perfect for spending time outdoors with an outdoor living area, outdoor dining area, in ground hot tub, and botanical gardens with a nature trail. The home’s 2 car garage comes complete with a fully stocked bicycle shop. This home comfortably accommodates up to four couples sharing a residence during their trip to Tucson. Vista Velo include a desk with computer monitor with HDMI cable and remote keyboard/mouse making this home and easy choice for those needing to work remotely during their stay. This home is equipped with Comcast’s 1 Gigabyte high speed internet offering you the fastest WIFI available in a vacation property in all of Tucson! For fellow cyclists looking to set up base camp for training, this home is located 1 mile away from The Bicycle Ranch which has a weekly Saturday Group Ride that rides up Dove Mountain. For runners and hikers, Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is nearby which offers excellent trail running and hiking. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and many of Tucson's premier restaurants are nearby, as well. Looking for a home for your wedding/graduation party/celebration of life event? Look no further, we allow events at our homes and have hosted several at this property! Parking on site in large driveway as well as 2 car garage available for guest use. Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate." The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time. Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout. We accept dogs not cats for an additional $120 nonrefundable pet fee This property uses Comcast 1 Gig High Speed Internet and all TVs are streaming only, no cable box. You will need to log into your own accounts on Neflix, Amazon, Disney etc to use TVs. If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay. The pool is heated to 80 Deg F all year no additional charge. We charge $50/day if you would like pool temp above 80 Deg F This property has a front doorbell camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property. 1. Make sure to put trash container and recycling container out on designated day. See refrigerator door at property to confirm when trash is picked up. 2. No smoking anywhere on the property at any time, indoors or outdoors. This includes both tobacco and marijuana. 3. No illegal drug use or illegal activities at the property during your stay. 4. If you break or damage something, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair. 5. Be respectful to neighbors and others you may encounter near the property. 6. Make sure to carefully watch young children around the hot tub. Hot Tubs can be dangerous, please take precautions. 7. If consumable items run out during your stay such as propane to the grill, simply contact host and they can arrange to refill or reimburse you. For small items like a light bulb going out or new batteries needed for the tv remote, we will tell you where the extras are and ask you to replace. 8. The garage and all tools in garage are available for your use during your stay, just return tools back to the original location where you found them. 9.
