For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. In the basement, not connected in the Villa lives caretakers. Please note that they are quiet and only go in the upper part with permission from the guests. If you want full privacy, we can relocate them for an extra fee. Allow us about 2 week notice if you want us to relocate the caretakers. The pool and jacuzzi maintenance is every Tuesday and Friday around noon The garden maintenance is every Friday around 9 am Those specialists have an access code to enter and maintain the property. Your stay includes a virtual house guide with all the essential information about the property and the area. Responsabilité Vous séjournez à vos propres risques. Le propriétaire n’est pas responsable des accidents, blessures ou pertes survenus durant votre séjour. Les objets oubliés peuvent être retournés à vos frais. 3. Accès à la propriété En cas de besoin, le propriétaire ou un représentant peut accéder à la propriété avec un préavis raisonnable ou sans préavis en cas d’urgence. 4. Utilisation du SPA (si il y en a un) Nous faisons tout notre possible pour que le SPA soit prêt à votre arrivée. Si un changement d’eau a été nécessaire, un temps de chauffage peut être requis. Cela ne constitue pas un motif de réclamation. Prenez une douche avant usage et fermez le couvercle après utilisation. 5. Sécurité et surveillance Certaines propriétés sont équipées de caméras extérieures pointées uniquement sur les accès extérieurs afin d'éviter toute intrusion de votre intimité. 6. Règles de vie Respect du voisinage : Aucune nuisance sonore entre 22h et 9h. Nombre d’invités : Seul le nombre de personnes déclarées peuvent y séjourner. Accès et identification : L’invité principal doit présenter sur demande une pièce d’identité et la carte de crédit utilisée pour la réservation. Non-fumeur : Interdiction de fumer (cigarette, vape, cannabis, etc.) à l’intérieur. Animaux : Acceptés dans certaines propriétés, sous conditions, avec accord préalable et frais possibles. Événements interdits : Fêtes et rassemblements non autorisés sans approbation écrite. Stationnement : Uniquement dans les zones désignées. Respect des lieux : Toute dégradation ou ménage excessif sera facturé. Problèmes durant le séjour : En cas de problème avec la propriété, vous devez nous en aviser immédiatement et nous donner accès à la propriété afin de nous permettre de constater et de résoudre le problème dans un délai raisonnable sans quoi ceci ne pourra servir de base pour justifier toute réclamation future correspondante. Responsibility You are staying at your own risk. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay. Forgotten items can be returned at your expense. 3. Property Access If necessary, the owner or a representative may access the property with reasonable notice or without notice in case of an emergency. 4. Use of the Hot Tub (if applicable) We do our best to ensure the hot tub is ready upon your arrival. If a water change was necessary, heating time may be required. This is not grounds for a complaint. Please shower before use and close the cover after each use. 5. Security and Surveillance Some properties are equipped with exterior cameras pointed only at the entrances only to respect your privacy. 6. House Rules Respect for Neighbors: No noise disturbances between 10 PM and 9 AM. Guest Limit: Only the number of declared guests may stay. Access & Identification: The main guest must provide an ID and the credit card used for booking upon request. No Smoking: Smoking (cigarettes, vape, cannabis, etc.) is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets: Allowed in certain properties, under conditions, with prior approval and possible fees. No Events: Parties and gatherings are not permitted without written approval. Parking: Only in designated areas. Respect for the Property: Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged. Issues During Your Stay: If you encounter any issues, you must notify us immediately and allow access to the property so we can assess and resolve the problem within a reasonable time. Failure to do so will void any related future claims. Compliance with Rules: Following these rules ensures a great experience for everyone. In case of serious violations (e.g., noise disturbances, overcapacity, damages), we reserve the right to cancel the stay without refund. 7. Departure and Assistance Departure instructions will be sent 24 hours before check-out.
