In winter we strongly recommend using only the spa, for energy conservation. 🗺️ Finding the House Please turn onto King Ct from Ball Rd — GPS sometimes gives the wrong directions. 📹 Security & Noise Monitoring Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. Noise monitoring devices at the front door and in the backyard alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests. 🚫 No Commercial Activity No commercial activities are allowed on the property. 📄 Liability Homeowners are not liable for accidents, injuries or illnesses on the premises. Guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises. 1. NO PARTIES!! NO PARTIES!! NO PARTIES!! Absolutely NO parties! No visitors without explicit written consent with the hosts. 2. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS on the property! Including game room. 3. Quiet time imposed by county of Orange 10pm - 7am, strictly enforced by County Sheriffs. Absolutely No MUSIC OUTDOOR at any moment. No excessive drinking, no illegal activities. No outdoor activities (Pool/Spa/BBQ/loud chatting) after 10pm - strictly enforced by the county sheriffs. Citations will be given, and subject to $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund. 4. All vehicles must park on the driveway. 5. Photo ID of the registered guest and additional two additional adult phone numbers should be provided prior to check in. No visitor is allowed anytime unless approved by the host. 6. Please keep the pool gate closed and latched all the time. Do NOT tamper with pool equipments. 7. Please turn off AC/ heating when not at the house. 8. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN THE TOILETS EXCEPT TOILET PAPER. Especially no face wipes, body wipes, baby wipes, or disinfecting wipes of any kind (even the “flushable” kind), tampons, liners, pads, cotton swabs, cotton balls, paper towels, condoms, etc. 9. Check out time is 10:00am. Please follow the check out procedure given in the property. In addition, please help our dedicated cleaning staff by clearing out personal items, emptying the trash to the bins in front of the garage, and placing any used dishes in the dishwasher and starting the washer. 10. PETS - All pets must be expressly approved in writing prior to check-in. Non-refundable $300 is due prior to check-in, maximum 2 pets allowed. Guests agree to clean up after their pets promptly. Guest agree to be 100% liable for all damages, claims, treatments, or needed repairs caused by the pet to any persons or property while the pet is on the property, as well as any and all injuries that may be sustained by the pet(s). This includes but is not limited to items such as furniture, bedding, home interiors, landscaping, and the costs of pest removal such as fleas and ticks. All pets must be up to date with all vaccinations and current with anit-flea and anti-tick medication. Pets may Not be left unattended in the yards. Dogs with excessive barking tendencies and aggressive behaviors are not allowed . 11. Do not attempt to use the fireplace as it is decorative. 12. Please report any issues within 24 hours of checking in, the host will make every effort to address issues to make your stay enjoyable. 13. Violation of the mentioned house rules will be subject to up to $1000 fine and eviction immediately without any refund.
