Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon. 📹 Security Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded.. 🚫 No Commercial Activity No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property, keeping a residential atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. 📄 Liability Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses occurring on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. DO NOT tamper with pool equipment. 7. **Energy Conservation**: - Please turn off AC/heating when not at the house. 8. **Toilet Usage Guidelines**: - ONLY toilet paper should be flushed down the toilets. Avoid flushing other items. 9. **Pet Policy**: - Pets must be approved in writing prior to check-in. Non-refundable pet fee of $300 required. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Guests are liable for all pet-related damages. 10. **House Rules Enforcement**: - Violations may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund. 11. **Issue Reporting**: - Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in for prompt resolution.
