Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, with the exception of 2 storage closets and the locked detached garage. Other things to note While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover. For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay. After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance. For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening. If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest.
