This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts. DEPOSIT We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
