Bedrooms: Master Suite: A spacious haven with a plush queen-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2: A comfortable queen-sized bed awaits you in this elegantly furnished room. Bedroom 3: A comfortable queen-size bed provides another private retreat. Bedroom 4: Another queen-sized bed in a well-appointed room with lots of character. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with brand new appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. A large island with seating for three provides a great space for socializing and enjoying your culinary creations. Dining Area: The adjoining dining area seats 6 so 9 people can comfortably enjoys meals together in this welcoming open space. Customized Amenities: We have many to choose from including a wine and cheese package, girls getaway weekend, cruiser bike rentals, pack n play rental and much, much more. Go to your guest portal upon booking and explore all the personalized and customized packages you can include with your stay with us. We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy . Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
