With an area of 85 m2, it has 2 bedrooms and an extra bed in the living room, allowing to accommodate 6 people. The apartment has everything you need for a great stay. It has private underground parking for a small car. Attention: height limited to 190 cm. The space Please read the terms and conditions carefully to the end Accommodation not accessible for people with reduced mobility The entire apartment is rented, it is very well-equipped. Linens and toiletries are provided. The apartment must be returned tidy, dishes done and garbage emptied. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Vaping is also prohibited. Throwing cigarette butts in the yard if you smoke on the balcony is forbidden. You will find in the accommodation a map showing you where the bus and tram stations are, as well as the various places nearby (bakery, supermarkets etc.) But of course I'd be happy to show you the nice little corners or activities to do nearby. The parking space that is in the courtyard is a private space, please do not park there. You can park in my private space in a garage if your car is not too high or too wide (see photo) Our animal friends are accepted, we count on their master to respect the apartment and the streets, a small park right next door will allow you to let them stretch their legs. The place is appreciated for its calm. The utmost discretion is therefore expected from the occupants, please respect the house rules noted on the Airbnb listing, i.e. no parties or events. Please leave the tablecloth on the living room table when you use it to avoid scratching the glass. Guests are advised to remove their shoes at the entrance, for their comfort and to maintain the cleanliness of the premises as well as to respect the neighbors below. It is also recommended not to roll suitcases in the apartment, but to carry them so as not to damage the floors. The apartment must be left tidy as you found it when you arrived. The dishes washed and put away, the garbage cans emptied (the garbage room is located in the courtyard of the building), the fridge emptied, the bathroom and kitchen tidied. At the end of your stay, please remove the sheets and put them in the bathroom. For everyone, it is requested to thoroughly clean after use the pots, dishes, kitchen worktops, kitchen table, oven, coffee machine, etc... The following incidents must be reported without delay: - stains of blood, urine, food, foundation, on the sofa, sheets, towels, walls (etc.) - burnt pots, - broken glasses, - broken glass, - damage to decorative objects - loss/breakage/damage to an appliance or equipment provided. Floors that are not water resistant. Guests are asked to be extremely vigilant, not to let liquids drip onto floors covered with parquet, and to wipe up any liquid that may have inadvertently dripped as quickly as possible. Tenants are expected to remedy, to the extent possible during their stay, any problems that have arisen, after informing me. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a first breakfast: coffee, tea, homemade jams, milk, orange juice. I'll contact you the day before you check out to arrange the key exchange. The apartment is very easily accessible by car, about 10 minutes from the "Wacken" highway exits when you arrive from the South or "Bischheim" when you arrive from the North. From the city center or the train station by bus L3, the stop is a 2-minute walk from the apartment. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to get to the city center by public transportation.
