The room also has 2 x high-quality Hilding & Anders hotel-standard beds and blackout curtains, ensuring a good night's sleep. Kitchen: The kitchen includes everything you need for cooking, including dining utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a stovetop. Please note that there is no oven in the kitchen. A rice cooker can be provided upon request. Washing machine: Studio has a washing machine, so you can do laundry during your visit. Common Areas: In addition to the apartment's own spaces, the building features a communal kitchen, 3 shared bathrooms, and a pleasant, quiet courtyard area with a 55m2 terrace and a gas grill. Guest access This rental include the entire apartment and building amenities, including a free car park, an outdoor terrace with BBQ facilities, and common areas. There are numerous parking spaces in the building yard available for our guests' use. You can park any parking space which is free. Other things to note Our pricing includes cozy bedding, soft towels, and professional final cleaning, allowing you to enjoy your stay worry-free. If you need an extra bed, you can set it up yourself for use. We strive to provide all our guests with a fresh and clean environment, so smoking and vaping (use of e-cigarettes) are prohibited in the apartment as well as on the balcony. Anyhow, you can smoke in the designated smoking area outside. We also value the comfort and peace of other residents, so unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Quiet hours in the condominium are from 22:00 to 07:00. We are grateful if you respect this time frame and ensure that all residents can enjoy a peaceful environment. Doors open for you starting at 15:00, and check-out occurs by 12:00, to ensure the next guest has an equally pleasant experience. If any issues arise, we will promptly endeavor to resolve them.
