The 6500 sq ft house features 7-BDs, 4.5-BAs, an indoor atrium with heated pool + multiple social areas. Outdoors, 65 very private acres offer a lake for fishing, 4 barns, lovely forest views, and plenty of space to roam. Everything is arranged with ease and delivered to your door. You can even book local experiences to make even more memories. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The nightly rate covers the first 7 people. Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This applies to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Have a pet? It's $300 per pet per stay to bring them along. There are security cameras on the front entryway and on both sides of the rear of the house focused on the entry points. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. Exterior Cameras Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, garage, side yard, and back yard. There are no cameras inside the home. Rates & Guest Count The base rate covers the first 7 guests. Each additional guest (age 3 and over) is $30 per person, per day. Children 2 and under stay free. This fee applies to anyone who comes onto the property, not just overnight guests. It helps cover additional wear and tear, increased cleaning/disinfecting, and higher utility usage. Pets: Pets are welcome for $300 per pet, per stay. Events Events may be possible depending on the type of event, number of people, and number of cars. All events must be approved by the host. Typical cost is $30 per person. Smoking No smoking inside the house or garage. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine. General Rules Respect for Neighbors & Noise - Respect neighboring properties—no trespassing into yards or driveways. Treat neighbors with courtesy and respect. - Keep outdoor noise at a reasonable level at all times. - Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. - Any amplified outdoor music must be pre‑approved by the host. Parking & Property Use - Park only in the garage or driveway. There is ample parking for many cars. - No street parking is permitted. - Fireworks are prohibited anywhere on the property. - No off‑road vehicles are allowed. - Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. Safety & Liability - The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Refunds & Fees - Refund Policy: - 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival - 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival - Early arrival or late departure: $200 fee. - Neighbor complaint: $500 fee. - Security dispatched: $500 fee. - Police called: $1,000 fee and guests may be required to vacate immediately without refund. - Unregistered guests: $500 penalty plus $60 per person for anyone on the property not included in the reservation. Home Care - Do not attach anything to walls or ceilings with tape, tacks, or adhesives. Damage will result in charges. - Return any moved furniture to its original position. A $100 fee applies if items are not reset. Indoor Pool - The indoor pool is open year‑round and maintained at 75°F. - Heating above 75°F is $25 per degree, per day (request at least 1 day before arrival). - Maintenance staff visits once per week, typically for about 30 minutes. - Pets are not allowed in the pool. Rental Requirements - Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this home. - Guests must sign the rental agreement prior to check‑in. Instructions will not be released until the agreement is signed.
