Serene Studio E, Walk to Santa Teresa Beach + Pool

Welcome to the property manager, located at the best section of Santa Teresa Beach! This studio is located high above the beach tree-line and only a 5 min walk to the beach near La Lora surf break, restaurants and shops. You can refresh at the pool and listen to the ocean from your studio. (Our ATV parking is by reservation only, please ask before booking! There's also parking in the public road down the road.) This well maintained modern studio is a peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to enjoy your holidays. Your private studio offers: - the pool and the garden around it - lots of tree-tops - birds everyday and monkeys a couple times per month The studio also includes: - One bedroom with queen size bed, nightstand, sun-shades and A/C. - One modern bathroom with hot water. - Equipped kitchen for you to cook your favorite meals. - One table in the living room. - Shared pool and exterior shower. - Shared space with a hose to wash your surf board or wash your sand off. We’ll supply you with: - White cotton body and hand towels - White cotton bed linen - Wi-Fi (redundant Internet links: Kölbi fiber optics 100/12 Mbps and Telecable fiber optics 100/100 Mbps) - Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and some other essentials. Cleaning service is included every 4th day (except Sundays). *Please Note*: - To have this amazing location and being so close to the beach, the 75 meter concrete road up the property is a very steep one. - Santa Teresa is a rural town still developing, new constructions start and finish every couple months around town, and if they are close to the complex, you'll listen to them. If you want updated info regarding this topic, please ask before making your reservation, we'll be happy to answer any concerns! Our ATV private parking is by reservation only, please ask before booking! There's a 75 meters, steep concrete road and driveway to get up to the property. A lot of our guests just walk around town without a vehicle, but walking up these 75 meters requires good legs and a fairly good shape. People of a certain weight and age could have difficulties to manage that short steep section. If you are driving a car; or if you are driving an ATV and didn't book a parking spot: you would need to park in the public road down the steep concrete road. I prefer to be contacted via text or call if anything is needed by my guests on daytime hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) Mobile Coverage on site: at least two bars are possible from all Mobile Internet Service Providers: Kölbi, Claro and Movistar. Mostly 3G, sometimes 4G. Basic wash, dry and fold services for guests' items/clothing can be hired for an additional cost following instructions printed on a bag located in the drawer at the living room of the apartment. If you would like to enjoy an early check-in or a late check-out, please let us know to check if it's possible. This service might have a cost. We trust you and won't charge you a security deposit for your reservation, but you'll be charged for any damages caused to the property by you or any of your guests.
