To maintain the integrity of the pool pump, we ask that you refrain from using water balloons in the pool area, as they can cause damage. Parking is available in the driveway next to the front lawn. The concrete slab is reserved for guests staying in the condo. For additional parking options, there is space available on the street. If, during your stay, you notice the pool or hot tub in need of cleaning, please inform us. As pool service companies are limited in our area and may not be readily available, we will personally address any necessary touch-ups. Trash collection takes place on Tuesdays, so please plan accordingly for disposal. For guests bringing pets, a pet fee is required. It is essential that pets are not left unattended, either indoors or outdoors. Additionally, we expect guests to clean up after their pets, and failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee. Furthermore, kindly prevent pets from accessing the furniture to avoid excessive hair and dirt accumulation. .
