Renovated fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment has a half guest bathroom in the living area, dining area with table for 6 pax, fully equipped kitchen with basic kitchen utensils, laundry area with washer and dryer, living room with Smart Tv and pay TV, desk, WIFI, master bedroom has a king size bed, master bathroom with shower, linens and bathroom amenities and walk-in closet. We have a 2nd bedroom with king size bed, closet, bathroom with shower, linens and bathroom amenities, 3rd bedroom has a double bed. Free parking and elevator, 24 hour security. Our Team will be onsite to give you access to your apartment. We are located just a few minutes away from the commercial and corporate area of Santa Fe, moving around will not be a problem. If you come with your own car the residential has covered parking at no cost so you won't have to worry about that. To move around the area we recommend using Uber, cabify, DiDi, beat or cab. The Capitalia team will always be on the lookout for you and for anything and/or doubts you have before, during and after your stay. We will be available to you by phone or message, as well as our security team that are available 24/7 , they can support you in your doubts or requirements. You will be in one of the biggest cities in the world, it can get hectic and messy. We do our best to provide a calm and peaceful stay, however, please consider there may be noise coming from outside. Yes, we are pet friendly. We charge a pet fee of $50 USD per stay for the amenities and additional room cleaning, there would be an extra charge in case of any eventuality. Welcome to the property manager! In the surrounding area you will find fun for all ages: a day of shopping at the Santa Fe Shopping Center; restaurants for all tastes and budgets, nightlife and bars; supermarkets like Walmart, Chedraui, Sams and Costco; take a family walk in Parque “La Mexicana” and if you travel with your 4 paw companion the park has an exclusive area for them. If you have a business trip we are a few minutes from the BBVA Convention Center and Expo Santa Fe, the exclusive ABC Hospital, INGENES Institute , Torre PORSCHE. There are also a few universities a few minutes away: Universidad IBERO, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Universidad Anáhuac North Campus. We are located just a few minutes away from the commercial and corporate area of Santa Fe, moving around will not be a problem.
