Summer house in Kashubia with a heated pool

A beautiful, spacious holiday home with a heated pool, on the edge of a forest, near beautiful lakes. There's a horse farm nearby where you can learn to ride or go horseback riding. The house is for a maximum of 12 people. In the summer (July, August), the house is rented on a weekly basis, that is, from Saturday to Saturday to Saturday (arrival after 5 pm, departure at 11 am). In addition to this period, the home is rented for a minimum of three nights. The space The layout of the house, with room layout and interior design, is shown in the "Photos" section. The total area of both floors is 150 m2. On the ground floor there are: living room with fireplace, kitchenette, one bedroom and toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms and a toilet. There is a laundry and dryer room in the outhouse. The kitchen is equipped with: - a set of dishes and silverware - a double-compartment fridge, - dishwasher - gas-electric stove, - microwave, - toaster, - coffee maker with electric kettle Hosts provide linens, towels, and basic household chemicals. We also provide guests with a rather rich book collection on a diverse theme; from guides, crime stories and sensations to classics and children's and youth literature. All bedrooms have alarm clock radios. Upon request, there is a crib for a toddler and a high table. There is a woodshed with a fireplace by the house. The laundry room has an automatic washing machine, ironing board, iron, fold-out dryer, and necessary supplies. The property, outside the pool, is located: - A playground with swings, slides (for smaller and larger children), climbing wall, etc., - Badminton court, - a stationary two-level barbecue, - fire pit. Inflatable pool for toddlers also available upon request and a variety of accessories to play in the water. Guest access Guests will have access to all appliances on the property and to all areas, except for the utility room and laundry room. At the same time, we inform you that the entire plot is fenced and in the event of a trip, for example, a trip, it is possible to close all doors and gates. Other things to note 1. Garbage segregation applies in the municipality of Sulęczyno. Guests are required to do so by throwing sorted trash into the correct containers and referring them to the designated location, according to the pickup schedule. 2. The gas used in the kitchen is free of charge. If you need to replace the cylinder, this will happen after a phone call 3. The cost of electricity consumed is subject to settlement according to the meter. The price of 1 kWh is set in April each year based on ZE data and provided in this point. In 2024, the price is 1.55 zł for 1kWh of the month of June and 2.20 PLN for 1kWh in the remaining months. Rates are subject to change depending on the decision of the energy dispenser. 4. Fireplace wood, located by the fire pit, is free of charge. The guest can charge more at the time of check-in, payable 400 zł for 1 mp. 5. Night silence is valid from 23:00 to 08:00 in the morning. Failure to do so may result in criminal consequences. In the event of persistent violations, this policy may be terminated without reimbursement by the Guest. 6. Due to the regulations of the portal regarding the rules of social coexistence, there is a strict prohibition on the property from organizing special events and disturbing the peace of the surrounding residents.
