Summer house in Kashubia with heated pool

Beautiful, spacious holiday home with a heated swimming pool located on the edge of the forest, near beautiful lakes. There is a horse farm nearby where you can learn to ride or go for a horse ride. The house is designed for a maximum of 12 people. In the summer (July, August) the house is rented on a weekly basis, i.e. from Saturday to Saturday (arrival after 5 p.m., departure at 11 a.m.). Outside this period, the house is rented for a minimum of three days. The space The house plan, with room layout and interior design, is shown in the "Photos" section. The total area of both floors is 150 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, one bedroom and a toilet. Upstairs: three bedrooms and a toilet. In the extension there is a laundry and drying room. The kitchen is equipped with: - a set of dishes and cutlery, - a two-chamber refrigerator, - dishwasher - gas and electric cooker, - microwave oven, - toaster, - coffee maker with electric kettle The hosts provide bed linen, towels and basic household cleaning products. We also provide guests with a fairly rich collection of books on various topics; from guides, crime novels and thrillers to classics and children's and youth literature. All bedrooms are equipped with radios with an alarm clock. Upon request, we can provide a baby cot and a feeding table. There is a woodshed with firewood next to the house. In the laundry room there is: an automatic washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a foldable dryer and the necessary supply of cleaning products. On the plot, outside the swimming pool, there are: - playground with swings, slides (for smaller and larger children), climbing wall, etc., - a badminton court, - a stationary, two-level grill, - a fire pit. Also available on request: an inflatable pool for small children and various accessories for playing in the water. Guest access Guests have access to all facilities on the plot and to all rooms, except for the technical room next to the laundry and the woodshed. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the entire plot is fenced and in the event of, for example, a trip, it is possible to close all the gates and the gate. Other things to note 1. Waste segregation is mandatory in the Sulęczyno municipality. Guests are obliged to comply with this by putting the sorted garbage in the appropriate containers and taking it to the indicated place, in accordance with the collection schedule. 2. The gas used in the kitchen is free of charge. If the cylinder needs to be replaced, this will be done after a telephone notification 3. The cost of electricity consumed is subject to settlement according to the meter readings. The price of 1 kWh is determined in April of each year on the basis of data from the ZE and is given in this section. In 2024, the price is PLN 1.55 per 1kWh in June and PLN 2.20 per 1kWh in the remaining months. Rates may change depending on the decision of the energy distributor. 4. Firewood, located at the fireplace, is free of charge. The Guest can collect a larger amount at the time of check-in, payable at PLN 400 per 1 cubic meter. 5. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Failure to comply may result in criminal consequences. In the event of persistent violation of this rule, the contract may be terminated without reimbursement of the costs incurred by the Guest. 6. Due to the regulations of the portal regarding the principles of social coexistence, there is an absolute ban on organizing occasional events and disturbing the peace of the surrounding residents on the plot.
