Summer house in Kashubia with heated pool

This spacious summer house with a pool is located on the edge of the forest, near beautiful lakes. Nearby, there is a horse-riding center where you can learn to ride or go on a horseback ride. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. During the summer, the house is rented on a weekly basis, i.e., from Saturday to Saturday (check-in after 5:00 p.m., check-out at 10:00 a.m.). Outside of this period, the house is rented for a minimum of three nights. The pool is heated in July and August. The space The floor plan of the house, with the layout of the rooms and the interior design, is shown in the "Photos" section. The total floor area of both levels is 150 m². The ground floor comprises a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a toilet. The annex houses a laundry room and a drying room. The kitchen is equipped with: - a full set of dishes and cutlery, - a two-compartment refrigerator, - a dishwasher - a gas and electric stove, - a microwave oven, - a toaster, - a stovetop espresso maker and an electric kettle The hosts provide bed linen, towels and basic household cleaning products. We also offer our guests a fairly extensive library with a wide range of topics, from guidebooks, crime and thriller novels to classics and children's and young adult literature. Upon request, we can provide a crib for a small child and a high chair. There is a woodshed with firewood for the fireplace next to the house. The laundry room is equipped with an automatic washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a folding drying rack, and the necessary supply of cleaning products. In addition to the swimming pool, the following are located on the property: - a playground with swings and slides (for younger and older children); - a badminton court (to be set up), - a goal for playing soccer - a stationary, two-level barbecue grill, Guest access Guests have access to all facilities on the plot and to all rooms, except for the technical room next to the laundry and the woodshed. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the entire plot is fenced and in the event of, for example, a trip, it is possible to close all the gates and the gate. Other things to note 1. Waste separation is mandatory in the municipality of Sulęczyno. Guests are required to comply with this by putting sorted waste into the appropriate containers and taking them to the designated location, in accordance with the collection schedule. 2. The gas used in the kitchen is free of charge. If the gas cylinder needs to be replaced, this will be done after a telephone request. 3. The cost of electricity consumed is calculated based on the meter reading. The price per kWh is determined in April of each year based on data from the power company and is stated in this section. In 2027, the price is PLN 1.85 per kWh. Rates may change depending on the energy distributor's decision. 4. The firewood located by the fireplace is free of charge. Guests may take a larger quantity at check-in, at a cost of PLN 350 per cubic meter. 5. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Failure to comply with it may result in penalties. In the event of persistent violations of this rule, the Agreement may be terminated without reimbursing the costs incurred by the Guest. 6. Due to the portal's rules regarding community living, it is strictly prohibited to hold special events or disturb the peace of nearby residents on the property. 7. Pets are allowed, subject to prior agreement with the hosts, for an additional fee of PLN 100 per pet for the entire stay.
