For guests of Apartment 1, there is a porch that can be accessed from an external staircase. --To distinguish the two apartments: click on the photos and read the description "Apartment 1"-- Apartment 2 consists of a large double bedroom with a large terrace of about 40 square meters overlooking the greenery with a panoramic view, a bathroom with a shower (which is accessed from the bedroom) and a spacious living room with a fireplace and a kitchenette overlooking Monte Alpi.
