We've created an open, airy layout where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together beautifully. The living room is your perfect relaxation spot, complete with cloud-soft furnishings and a large TV for those cozy nights in. Love to cook? Our kitchen is a dream! We've equipped it with all the modern appliances you'll need, plus plenty of counter space to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. The dining table seats four, perfect for sharing meals or spreading out your laptop for a work session. After a day of exploring Boise or hiking at Camel's Back Park, retreat to your serene bedroom with its supremely comfortable queen bed. The modern bathroom features a shower/tub combo - perfect for either a quick morning refresh or a relaxing evening soak. Here's what makes our place special - we're all about the extras! Need an early check-in or late check-out? No problem! Just request it through your guest portal after booking. We've also put together some fantastic amenity packages - from wine and cheese selections to girls' weekend specials, and even cruiser bikes or pack-n-play rentals. You'll find all these options in your guest portal. Location? It doesn't get much better! You're steps away from Hyde Park's charming collection of local spots - grab your morning coffee at Java, satisfy your sweet tooth at Goodie's Candy Shop, or enjoy dinner at the 13th Street Pub or North End Pizza. And if you're feeling adventurous, Bogus Basin is just a 30-minute drive away - perfect for skiing in winter or hiking and biking in summer. Oh, and don't worry about parking - there's plenty of space in both the driveway and on the street. Plus, you'll have access to free on-site laundry at the back of the building. For outdoor enthusiasts, Camel's Back Park is your 11-acre playground, complete with picnic areas, an outdoor gym, sports facilities, and it hosts the fantastic Hyde Park Street Fair - think local vendors, live music, and amazing food trucks! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy . Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
