Newly rehabbed, you'll find a cozy and comfortable space designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Razor Clamming, beach stolling, or just reading a good book with crashing waves, the Seastar is fully loaded! This is a dog friendly (sorry, no cats) unit so your pup can join you on vacation. We do charge an extra $40 per animal. You will have one designated parking spot. The internet speed is around 80-95 mps, great for a work-cation! Please note this is a lower unit. There is a unit upstairs. Although we have added sound barriers, there is a chance you will hear guest footsteps in the upper unit. The additional larger unit is a 3-bedroom suite that is upstairs. All three units are completely separated from each other and have their own separate entrances. The backyard is the only shared space along with the outdoor fire fit. The Sea Star shares a common backyard and fire pit. The shared laundry is just out the back door. You have a private patio and table out the back door. You will need a car. This beautifully updated studio is the perfect space for a couple. It's approximately 400 square feet and has an eat-in kitchen, Queen bed. Please note: The house is a triplex and has a another unit located next door that has a mirrored layout. The additional larger unit is a 3-bedroom suite that is upstairs.
