Featuring 2 bedrooms, split full bathroom, full kitchen, living room, reserved parking Right between UNH Law School and the State Capitol, comfortably walk to everything downtown Concord has to offer. Delight in the classic New England charm of this centenarian house, while enjoying all the conveniences of home thanks to modern renovations. The suite is set up like an apartment: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom, & reserved parking. With the building’s 2nd floor totally locked off from your space, you’ll have the security and privacy to sleep soundly. Other parts of this house are separated from your space and will either have my mom staying in them or be rented out separately. Your suite is totally locked off from them, so you might run into someone in the driveway, but nobody else can access your space. You will have exclusive access to your entire private suite, which is locked off from the rest of the house. The basement is unfinished, so the stairway door is locked off for your safety. Less than a mile from the interstate, this is a convenient launching point for adventures nearby, or an easy rest stop for weary travelers. ->Reserved off-street parking: the driveway can fit 1-2 cars. ->Three quarters of a mile from the big Concord Coach/Greyhound bus stop. ->Rideshare apps, as well as traditional taxis, typically have available drivers with short wait times. ->The city has a free local bus system, Concord Area Transit. ->Comfortably walk anywhere in downtown Concord from the house. Unless you need us, we'll give you your privacy. However if something comes up, my wife Amber and I live just a few blocks away, so it is easy for us to come handle things. This is conveniently located right in the heart of Concord. There are tons of restaurants within walking distance, including Checkmate pizza just next door. There's even a laundromat two doors down, so doing your laundry is easy. Main Street is just a few blocks east, with its historic buildings, restaurants, and shops. UNH Law school and White Park are just a couple blocks Southwest. Now including super-fast 1 gig wifi over a mesh network, so you can have as many zoom meetings as you want at once. Use a keypad to enter the building from the driveway, and then a second keypad to enter your private suite. Your space includes an eat-in kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. There is a small driveway available to guests that can fit one or two cars, plus street parking is allowed and free. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, sink, coffee pot, cabinets, counter space, pantry, table with chairs, and bar with stools. The living room includes a couch, recliner, 40" smart hd fire tv, and more. The larger front bedroom includes a queen bed, while the smaller back bedroom includes a full/double bed and built-in desk. The bathroom is divided into two halves by a wall and door. One side has the bathtub/shower and toilet, while the other has the vanity with sink. Guest Information Welcome to Concord! Feel free to log into any accounts or download any apps. Pro-tip: Hulu usually gives a free 1-month trial to new email addresses. Temperature Control Too hot in the summer? Turn your window AC on/up, and ensure any other windows are latched. Too cold in the summer? If your window AC is running, turn it down/off first. If that doesn’t warm the room up enough, open a window to let warm air in. Too hot in the winter? Turn your radiator down by twisting the intake knob clockwise. If that isn’t enough, open a window to let cold air in. Too cold in the winter? Make sure your windows are fully closed and latched and make sure your radiator is fully on by twisting the intake knob counter-clockwise. If that isn’t enough, use the supplemental electric space heater. Trash Don’t feel obligated to take your trash out, but feel free to dump waste in the bins in the driveway. Please put big recyclable things in the bin marked recycling, and the rest of your trash in the other bin. If they are full, you can leave your trash in a bag next to the bin. Checkout The checkout time is 11am. At that point the cleaners typically arrive to turn over things for the next guest. Due to this, it is important that folks leave on-time. We appreciate your cooperation on this. You don’t need to do anything special as you leave, although of course we appreciate it if you leave things generally like you found them.
