The Villa Kalura consists of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is fully equipped modern apartment (size 50 m2) featuring a comfortable living area, a bathroom and one bedroom with two single beds. The first floor offers a luxuriously equipped apartment (size 105 m2) with three double bedrooms, bathroom and a separate toilet. Both floors have access to spacious terraces perfect for relaxing end enjoying the surrounding nature. The space Ground and the first floors of the house are connected by outdoor stairs. Villa Kalura is located close to the town of Split, in the village of Dalmatinska Zagora, far enough to enjoy the fresh air and the idyllic village atmosphere away from the city crowds and smog, yet only 25 km (about 20 minutes) from the city center, Diocletian's palace, beautiful urban and suburban pebble and sandy beaches (Žnjan, Bačvice, etc.) and major shopping centers City Center One Split and Mall of Split. Villa Kalura is also conveniently located just 8 km (about 5 minutes) from the highway entrance. In addition to Split, we are pleased to point out that we are near the towns of Sinj (11 km), Trogir (41 km), Klis (13 km) and Solin (18 km), -all rich in history, tradition and culture . Guest access Guests have access to the entire outdoor area of the property, including a private swimming pool (32 m2), spacious garden, BBQ-summer kitchen, and four parking spaces.
