Sandpiper Cottage on the river

Nestled in the lovely village of Kleinemonde is a beach house on the river.A lovely wooden deck faces the river where you can sit and enjoy the water while having lazy afternoon Sundowners or a braai. There is also a braai pit for those evenings when you would like to sit around a camp fire. The space The beach house sleeps 8 people and consists of a main house and outside flat. The house has 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, with bathroom en suite and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room. There is a family bathroom that has a bath, shower and a toilet. The living area/lounge is open plan and contains a Flat screen TV, HD PVR decoder and an indoor fire place. There is an inverter that is used for the TV, DSTV and Wifi when there is loadshedding. There are loadshedding bulbs in the bedrooms and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and crockery and cutlery. Linen and bath towels are provided. The flat consists of a double bed with a bathroom en-suite. There is a built in braai for those stunning afternoon or evening braais. A full time maid can be provided (excluded from the quoted daily rental rate). Guest access For golf lovers, the Fish River Sun golf course is a 10 minute drive away. Horses can be hired to take advantage of the many trails in the vicinity. For those that like nature, there are excellent game lodges in the area, with opportunities to see the Big 5 less than two hours away. For the fisherman, Kleinemonde’s stunning long sandy beaches offer multiple fishing spots in surroundings of unparalleled beauty. A great surfing spot, "The Point", is a short walking distance away.
