The space This listing is for one of our Duplex Apartments. Everything has been thought of, and provided to make your stay with us as effortless and pleasurable as possible. Professionally cleaned for each guest and can be used for self isolation. Airy and bright, the apartment houses many large windows to give the bedrooms and living area a curated and noticeably light feel. Duplex Apartment is very spacious and is suitable for 10 people. The Apartment is 96 sq.m. and comes with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining room areas, a big screen TV, 3 bedrooms and a private fully fitted bathroom. BEDROOMS The exciting combination of style and simplicity merged into one. Our beautiful bedrooms provide the finest nights for our guests, along with the subtle features around the room to make our guests feel at home. Two of the bedrooms are fitted King-sized beds whilst the third room holds two separate single beds. Also in one of the bedrooms with King-sized bed there are two futon beds. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen provides you with crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, baking trays and everything else you might need to bring out your inner chef. Guests are very welcome to make use of the amenities that we offer such as a filter coffee machine, to help you start your day with a great cup of coffee whenever you fancy. LIVING & DINING AREAS The space is beautifully designed, elegantly furnished, spotlessly clean and full of light. High ceilings and large windows opening onto the pleasant scenery, a large flat screen, a relaxing sofa bed, a large dining table and a glass coffee table. EN-SUITE BATHROOM Modern fully tiled bathroom that comes with a washing machine. Complimentary toiletries and towels are provided. Duplex Apartment is also perfect for meetings and special group events. Grab a bike and explore the neighborhood! 4) Free secure bike storage is available if you'd like to travel by bike to our place. 5) The charcoal grill with a seating area where you can enjoy your own grilled meal. It is free of charge for our guests. But you need to have your coal and charcoal lighter fluid. The dishes and the cutlery can be provided upon request at the reception. 6) Popular activities among our guests are gathering mushrooms, blackberries, cowberries, wild strawberry, beautiful country walks and of course fishing in a river. 7) Children's play area 8) Board games, equipment for playing badminton, darts, volleyball, frisbee, etc. Additional services that can be used by guests for extra fee: 1) The continental breakfast that served at your room is available upon advance guests' requests before arrival (by 16:00). 2) Electric Sauna in a tower with a beautiful view on peaceful surroundings. The price for this service depends on the quantity of guests. 3) Gas Grill with all necessary BBQ accessories and a dining area. It costs 30 EUR per 2 hours. 4) Meeting spaces ideally constructed for trainings, seminars, conferences and business meetings. Other things to note Every additional adult OR child is considered as an extra guest and does cost just a little extra (please select the correct number of guests). Please note: our standard check in times are between 4 pm - 11 pm. Check out is by 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and the possibility of a fee. We’d like to remind you to respect others whilst staying in the hotel, bearing in mind not to disrupt our other guests’ stay. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services and if needed, remove you and members of your party from the hotel if we deem this necessary. If this is the case, the hotel has no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. Furnishings: Please do not rearrange our furniture. A 100 EUR fee will be charged if furniture has been rearranged and not placed back in it's original locations upon check-out.
