It followed 3 years full of demolition and construction experiences. Since many works should be handled on our own, we and many of our friends and acquaintances spent their free time of the years 2011-13 with us on the construction site. 3 apartments were created, of which we use the upper floor for us and make the two on the ground floor available to our guests.
