Don't miss out on the savings- book today! The space As you enter the townhouse, you'll be greeted by an open concept floor plan. You'll walk into the large kitchen that features new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island with bar top seating. Beyond the kitchen, guests can enjoy the dining table that offers seating for 8 and the living area that features two cozy sofas. Access to the large screened in porch is available off the living area. The screened in porch features nice outdoor furniture where guests can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or their favorite adult beverage and the company of family or friends in the evenings. Please note: A/C is only available on the main floor of the townhouse. The three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the townhouse. The master bedroom features a four-poster queen size bed and a single pull out sofa. The second bedroom provides sleeping for two people in a full size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A newly remodeled full bathroom is also located on the upper floor. The lower level of the townhouse provides a game area with an arcade style hockey game, a gas fireplace and built-in bar, and an additional living space with two twin size fold-out futon chairs. A newly remodeled full bathroom and laundry are also located on the lower level of the townhouse. Guest access Guests may enjoy the entire townhouse to themselves. The townhouse is part of a Homeowner's Association so some amenities are shared with other community members such as the outdoor swimming pool and sports courts. Guests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at their leisure and at no additional cost. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend after Labor Day Weekend). The hours of operation are 7 days/week, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Guests also have free access to the resort shuttle. During the winter season, the shuttle runs on a continuous route and stops at all of the designated bus stops in Swiss Mountain. The Winter hours of operation are as follows: Fridays: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM Sundays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM During the Summer, the shuttle bus service operates on an "on-call" basis. Guests can call the resort's main phone number and ask the operator for the shuttle service.
