The space The 56 m² large and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment, is located on the 2nd floor of the house. This can also be easily reached by elevator. From the entrance area you can access the modern equipped living area with couch set as well as a dining area for up to 4 people and a separate kitchenette. In the living area you will find a flat-screen TV and from here you can access the approximately 10 m² large and furnished balcony. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea and nature. The balcony furniture is available seasonally - usually from May to the end of September. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge with freezer compartment, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various small inventory that completes the kitchen equipment. Both bedrooms are each equipped with comfortable box spring beds (1.80 280 x 1.00 m). One of the two bedrooms has a safe and direct access to the bathroom with tub. The other bedroom of the same size offers another flat screen TV. The second, modern tiled bathroom has a shower and sauna for your very private wellness moments. In the months of May – September, a private beach chair is right on the waterfront. Need to Know: - WiFi is available free of charge. - For your car there is a apartment-related free parking space in the nearby parking garage. There is also a storage facility for bicycles. The apartment is ideal for 1 – 4 people. A well behaved four-legged friend is also welcome to welcome after registration and for a small fee. Other things to note Laundry package (bed linen covered + towels) can be booked for EUR 20 per person. For this apartment we charge a one-time apartment deposit of €200. 1 well behaved dog is allowed for EUR 10,- per night after previous registration. The local tourist tax is charged separately for arrival.
