A short walk brings you to the shore, and the community pool is yours to enjoy. Sorry, no pets.  Living space The open floor plan flows easily between a generous living area with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, a flat-screen TV, and an indoor fireplace. A light-filled enclosed sunroom off the living room frames panoramic golf course views - pour your morning coffee here, or wind down with an evening drink as the course settles into quiet.  Sleeping arrangements Three spacious bedrooms sleep up to six guests. The main suite offers a restful setup with private deck access. Each additional bedroom features large windows, soft linens, and ample closet space.  Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. Pull up a seat at the dining table overlooking the golf course, or head out to the patio for an al fresco meal.  Outdoor & location A private patio and backyard give you outdoor space to breathe. The beach is a short walk away - beach essentials are provided so you can head straight to the shore. The community pool is close by for a more leisurely afternoon. Free parking for two vehicles is included. Please note: The community pool and beach access point are private to Sawgrass Golf & Country Club residents and guests. There is no parking available at the beach access point. Please Note: -Sorry, NO PETS -Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required. -Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property. -Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation. Pet & Animal Policy To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
