This vacation rental is equipped with a min-split air-conditioning unit. No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January - Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties. - County permit number: 001658 - Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire. - Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age. - Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service. - Confirmation: Upon booking this property throughAttached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours. - Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
