Casa Rio de Luna is a recently renovated 7-bedroom villa on a hilltop inside the gated Rancho Cerro Colorado community, San Jose del Cabo, high above Playa Palmilla with the Sea of Cortes in front of it. THE HOUSE 7 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a Smart TV, plus 2 half bathrooms. 5 King beds and 4 Queens, with bedrooms 3 and 4 holding two Queens each: 18 guests, every one in a proper bed. Just under 10,000 sq ft, multi-level, with stairs between areas and no elevator. OUTSIDE Heated pool facing the ocean, jacuzzi, a fire pit lounge built for sunsets and an outdoor dining terrace with the same view. INSIDE Fitness room, fireplace, full kitchen and several separate living and dining spaces. THE BEACH This is a hilltop villa, not a beachfront one. The nearest swimmable beach is Punta Bella, about a mile away, and the four-passenger golf cart included with the house is how guests get there. INCLUDED Daily housekeeping 8 AM to 3 PM, the golf cart, and concierge service. Private chef, butler, grocery pre-stocking, airport transfers, spa, yachts and golf are arranged for you and quoted separately. GOOD TO KNOW Smoking is not permitted indoors.
