The private doorway to the basement space is at the bottom of the stairs. The full kitchen includes a double sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, stove, microwave, and plenty of granite counter space and cupboard storage. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a shower (no tub). The space The house was built in 1970. The basement space is about 700 square feet. The space received some facelift renos in 2018. There is road construction happening in the area that has the north end of the street blocked so cars need to come and go from the south end of the street. Guest access There is shared access to parking (free) on the street in front of the house, shared back door entrance, shared stairwell, shared laundry room, and shared back yard. Guests have private lockable access to the basement living area including a full kitchen, living room, computer desk space, bathroom with shower (no tub), and bedroom. Other things to note The computer has a "guest" login for guests to use. The computer operating system is Linux (Not windows or Mac). There are some basic programs including a web browser. The TV has a Chromecast attached which allows casting from smartphones/tablets/computers to the "Basememt TV". There aren't any channels or movies on the TV, only casting from guest devices.
