The apartment is located in Zinnowitz, Am Waldwinkel 6a and has a separate entrance. It comprises 40 m² and consists of the following rooms. The living room with sleeping (couch), color TV and radio. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, microwave and cooking facilities. In the bedroom there are two beds and a large wardrobe. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. There is a terrace with a seating area and a barbecue. Because of the location directly at the forest it is pleasantly quiet. The beach is 10 minutes walk (about 600 m). The cycle path is in the immediate vicinity. Two bicycles are available for exploring the area, which you can use for a fee. A car parking space is located directly at the house. However, we assume no liability for the use of the bicycles and for the parked car. Holiday: The apartment consists of a living room with sofa (pull-out couch for extra bed), TV, radio and integrated kitchenette with dining area. Bedroom with two single beds, baby bed possible. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Terrace with seating and barbecue. 2 bikes can be borrowed for a fee if required.
