On the ground floor you find the well-equipped kitchen which has been fitted out with the highest standard appliances including two ovens and a coffee machine. The living area is comfortably furnished and boasts a projector TV and feature fireplace. Leading off from this area is a private balcony. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor level, with shower unit. All around the ground floor of the villa an ‘outside extension’ with Bi-fold doors that offers a gorgeous dining space, a sun-room and outdoor kitchen. All the spaces are furnished comfortably to the highest standard and the outdoor kitchen is fully fitted with its own fridge, dishwasher, full separate set of kitchenware, cast iron griddle for BBQ, 6 burner gas hob and double oven and sink. Downstairs you find the three bedrooms all of which have been decorated and furnished with style and comfort in mind. All the bedrooms are en-suite with modern walk-in showers. Outside the gardens offer space and privacy with great views of the nature area neighbouring the property and out to the mountains beyond. The pool has a roman stepped entrance and feature waterfalls. The outside terrace is furnished for dining and relaxing and has sunbeds for all.
