Its secluded position away from other properties or roads, makes it ideal for a family holiday or for friends who want to relax in a tranquil, unspoilt part of Tuscany. The five bedroom, four bathroom property combines typical Tuscan architectural features such as terracotta floors, wooden beamed ceilings and open fireplaces with modern amenities such as en suites, bedroom air conditioning, wifi and satellite tv. Linen, towels, pool towels, heating & electricity, mid weekend maid service (for two weeks or longer guests), use of amenities and a welcome pack (for one week or longer guests) are included in the rental price. Outgoing phone calls and the use of the swimming pool out of season are not included. In 2023, the pool is open from May 1st until September 30th.
