Malika Apartments features five beautifully decorated units and can be booked entirely for groups up to 12 guests. The neighborhood is cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. Air-conditioning is available only in the bedroom. Curaçao’s west side boasts sandy bays with crystal-clear waters and stunning Caribbean sunsets. The space The space is modern decorated and each apartment has it's own unique color. The apartment is a cozy and comfortable 1-bedroom unit. Airconditioning available only in the bedroom.The ambiance of the Room is reflected in the ORANGE colored guest room which makes you feel incredible excited, each of the rooms have a unique color and comfortable KING size bed. Whatever your purpose of visit, Rooms at Malika Apartment are an excellent choice for your stay. Guest access Wifi, cable tv, Netflix, indoor private parking, pool incl. kids pool Other things to note -There is no extra fee for water and or electricity use, we do appreciate wise / careful usage. Electricity is expensive on the island. - Airconditioning only in the bedroom. -Smoking is NOT allowed NOWHERE on the premises Neither in the apartments. -Late check-out is possible upon availability . -Extra Cleaning service on request. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - To inform us of your expected arrival time so that we are ready to welcome you. - To refer to directions provided upon reservation. - We expect our guests to uphold the highest standard of integrity and fairness. You must report any incidents and/or damages to the property as soon as possible, or at the time of check out. - You must observe the maximum number of guests when booking your stay. - Please do NOT exceed the number of guests paid for in the reservation without informing the host. - Absolutely NO drinking or eating in the bedrooms and living-room. Food and drink stains are costly to treat. The cost incurred to clean any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
