Lovely kitnet for up to 3 people. The building is located in the center of Bombinhas, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is just 50 meters from Bombinhas Beach (just cross the street). You don't need to use a car to enjoy the beach, local shops or restaurants. It has a box bed, LED TV with Oi, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi*, parking**, kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and other utensils. It is on the 2nd floor, and access is via stairs. The space Residencial Pescador is NOT a bed and breakfast. We do not offer any type of service, such as cleaning and changing towels during the stay. We do not have a reception desk. Check-in and check-out must be arranged in advance by phone and WhatsApp. My building is close to Casa da Praia Restaurant (about 80 meters), Veratoni Supermarket, Baiúca de Sucos, 4 Ilhas pharmacy, Karanova Restaurant. Distance from the Beaches: 4 Ilhas: 600 meters (10-minute walk); Lagoinha: 500 meters (6-minute walk); Sepultura: 1000 meters (13-minute walk); Mariscal: 2.9 km (40-minute walk or 8-minute drive). Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared areas. Other things to note **The building has a parking lot only for small cars. For vans, we have another parking lot 150 meters from the building. The patio is large, fenced, with some covered parking spaces. In the building, there are no parking spaces for all apartments. We use this other parking lot as a support. There are no marked parking spaces, so only at check-in will we know which parking lot the car will be in. Only 1 parking space is available per property. *WIFI internet is a COURTESY. We are not responsible for any signal fluctuations that may occur. It is not recommended for Home office.
