This holiday house is located right next to a sheltered fjord, far away from any traffic noise and city bustle. Being protected from the wind, this fjord does not have rough sea and you can safely go fishing all year around. This area is known for being rich on fish. You can rent 4 boats with control panel and electric start: a Hobby 460 15 ft boat with 9,9/15 hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor, Humminbird sonar and Lawrens chartplotter/gps, a 19 ft Hobby 555 with 40 hp Mercury 4-stroke motor with chartplotter/gps/sonar and a Vest 580 (594 cm) 20 ft with 25 hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor, Humminbird 5 inch Helix 5 chartplotter, gps, sonar. The boats can be found by the dock of the holiday house. Petrol is excluded. Life jackets for adults and some children sizes. A covered fish cleaning table. The owner lives in the neighbouring house. Approx. 1,5 km to lakes with trout and approx. 6 km to a salmon river with a fish ladder. Norway's biggest trout was caught in the river of Matre, only a 30 minute drive away. The house is well maintained and set up practically. TV room with video games and a satellite dish with German channels. Wireless internet. Freezer in the kitchen and a large freezer in the boat house. One of the double beds can be split, and 2 of the single beds can be combined into a double bed. In the room with double bed and 3 bunk beds, the double bed is 120 cm wide. Large terrace with outdoors furniture and a barbecue. Central vacuum cleaner. Boat house for fishing equipment.
