Down the hall you'll find 2 bedrooms including a King bedroom plus the bunk bedroom offering a full over full bunk bed. Both lower-level bedrooms include streaming smart TVs. The garage has parking for one vehicle and provides storage for the bikes, grill, and beach equipment. A large laundry room with full size washer and dryer completes the ground level. Take the bikes to the boardwalk for the seasonal fireworks or load the family up and head down to the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. *Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. **A pet fee will incur on Emotional Support Animals. If you plan on bringing a Service dog, please provide proper documentation.** From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. This property manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. This property manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
