Step inside to find an open concept dining and living area with fresh décor, updated furnishings, plus flatscreen TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed to prepare and share meals together. Sand Dollar retreat has four bedrooms. The Master suite includes a King bed and shared access to a full bathroom. There are two Queen bedrooms, plus the bunk bedroom with an XL Twin over XL Twin bunk bed. The second full bathroom is off the hallway, and the large laundry room at the back of the house with washer and dryer available for guest use. Enjoy the sunshine or shoot the sea breezes from one of two new outdoor patios including a grilling area with propane grill, picnic table, Adirondack chair seating plus the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. This property manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. This property manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. *Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. **A pet fee will incur on Emotional Support Animals. If you plan on bringing a Service dog, please provide proper documentation.** From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
