Only one row back, Bikini's and Martini's is located across the street from the Tennessee and North Carolina beach access points and the famous Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, offers a coastal inspired design that will immediately set you on island time. As you walk in the front door located on the second level, you are greeted with a large and open layout that is perfect for entertaining small or large families. As you make your way across the hardwood floors and into the kitchen you will notice many upgrades such as wainscoting throughout, granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances. This vacation rental comes with everything you need to make a home cooked meal with seating available for large groups at the dining table, bar, living room and outdoors. The main level also features a guest bathroom and 1 of 4 bedrooms in the home with a Queen bed. Once upstairs, you have access to the master bedroom and the second guest bedroom. The master bedroom provides the ultimate escape while on vacation. It boasts a luxurious king bed and en-suite bathroom complete with double sinks and a walk-in waterfall shower. And what better way to relax then on your own private deck. The master bedroom has a covered deck with ocean views that are perfect for those sunrise photos, to enjoy your morning coffee or a nightcap after a long day in the sun. Across the hall is a spacious guest bedroom with another King bed and adjoining bathroom with ample natural light that is sure to please. Additionally, the laundry area is located on the upstairs landing. On the lower level you will find the fourth guest bedroom accessed through the garage and adjoining full bathroom. The over-sized bedroom contains two full-sized bunk beds, built in cabinets with a microwave and small refrigerator. This property features flat screen smart TVs with cable and streaming Netflix, Hulu, Sling, Amazon Prime in every bedroom and in the living room. From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. *Make sure to contact our office if bringing a pet as the following pet policies apply: Maximum of 2 pets permitted. Pet fee is $300 per pet. **A pet fee will incur on Emotional Support Animals. This property manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
