The ground level includes the garage and the 5th bedroom including a Full over Full sized bunk bed with a pullout trundle and private bathroom. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. *Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $200 for the first pet, 2nd pet fee is $100. **A pet fee will incur on Emotional Support Animals. If you plan on bringing a Service dog, please provide proper documentation.** From April 1st – Sept. 30, dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. No dogs are allowed on the beach between 9:00 am -5:00 pm. From October 1st – May 31st, dogs are allowed on the beach at any time. This property manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. This property manager reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful!
