Our 1 bedroom (loft) and 1.5 bathroom condo is all about it's location near the heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 5 blocks (less then a 10 minute walk) from Historic Main Street and the many restaurants, shops and galleries. The condo is just 5 blocks (less then a 10 minute walk) from Historic Main Street and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries. There is one covered parking spot under the building and the condo features Central AC, a washer/dryer and small balcony. Its located right across the street from Durango Joes coffee shop as well as Durango Natural Foods Coop. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with Ensuite Bath-Second Floor Main Living Space - Queen Blow up mattress (w/pump), Main Floor This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.
