The condo is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Avenue The condo was furnished with high end furnishings and both pull out sofas are from American Leather Sleeper, which is the most comfortable pull out sofa on the market. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Twin and twin sofa sleepers. (2nd Floor) Main Living Space - King Pull Out Sofa(Main Floor) The front door to the condo is on the 2nd level so stairs are required from the the street entrance. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking.
