Cottage in Waverly

Quiet cabin with a lake view! Enjoy this amazing retreat. The rustic wood beams, hardwood floors, and stone wood burning fireplace add to the charm of the fishing bear lodge. You will have access to our docks where you can go swimming, fishing and even kayak(rentable). During the summer months we do have rafts available to use as well in the lake. Life jackets and fishing poles are available at the lodge for you. After a fun filled day relax in the hot tub as you listen to the sounds of nature. The space Guest have access to the whole house as well as the docks. There is no direct access to lake from the property. Docks are a short walk (5min) or drive away. There is a shelter house at the State Park near by you can use as well. Other things to note There is a red canoe at the end of the driveway. There are two entrances to the property as well as a long gravel access road you can park on. Please note all guest whom wish to consume alcohol must be the legal age of 21 or older. If the home is found to have underage drinking the proper authorities will be contacted.
