Good connections to Zurich, Zug, Lucerne The space 📍 The location: Urban convenience meets rural idyll Our place is the perfect base for events in Zurich (concerts, sports highlights, nightlife) and at the same time offers pure relaxation in the countryside. 📍 The location & surroundings Excellent connection to Zurich: Only 300 meters to the "Arni AG, Dorf" bus stop with direct service to Zurich. Pure nature: Located right next to the agricultural zone – enjoy authentic country life (including occasional tractor romance 🚜). 🧖‍♀️ Optional wellness & spa (sauna, hot tub & whirlpool) 💡 The most important things at a glance: From 2 nights: Private use of the sauna and loggia for 2 hours daily included! Basic stay: The full spa package is optional and NOT included in the standard price. Please ask us for the prices. Filled minibar refrigerator: Refreshing drinks are available directly in the loggia (billing according to the price list). Common area vs. private area: If the SPA package is not booked, the garden and loggia are considered common areas (we always ensure maximum privacy for everyone). 👑 Optional: Your exclusive wellness package (price on request) When you book the wellness package, the entire covered loggia is exclusively yours! Private and discreet: Directly accessible from your studio. Ideal for undisturbed sunbathing (with or without swimwear) and for a refreshing shower in the outdoor shower. Sauna: Pure private relaxation (use for up to 4 hours, no later than 10 PM). Wine barrel hot tub: A unique wine barrel converted into a sitting bath for up to 2 people. Individually and freshly filled with drinking water and heated to a comfortable 40°C for each guest. Mobile hot tub: For up to 3 people in the loggia (available on request). ⚠️ Important booking note: Since we prepare and heat the hot tub individually and freshly for each guest, please be sure to ask us about using it before you book. 🍽 Culinary Delights & Indulgence Fancy a cozy evening right at the place? The access code will be sent to you before check-in.
