Independent gîte completely renovated with natural and quality materials (hemp, cork, cob, siding and solid wood flooring) in a farmhouse where we live. 1 hour from Paris, 25 minutes from Fontainebleau and less than 10 minutes from the forests of Larchant and Vaudoué, all on a large wooded plot where sheep, chickens, dogs and cats coexist. Ground floor: - large entrance/laundry room with washing machine, dryer... possibility to store bicycles, crash pads, strollers... - bathroom Floor: - living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area with wood burning stove - bedroom with queen size bed - bedroom with two single beds (or possibility to make a double bed) Everything is fully clad in solid poplar on the ceiling, pine, oak and ash on the floor. Summer and winter duvets. Central heating and wood-burning stove. And on the garden side? - courtyard - garden with terrace, garden tables, barbecue, and everything you need to have a good time Close to us: - Larchant Forest 8 minutes by car, and super bakery in the village of Larchant - Forêt des Trois Pignons 20 minutes away - Shops (Supermarkets, etc.) in Nemours (15 minutes), Chapelle la Reine (10 minutes) or Puiseaux (10 minutes). We live on site, I am a musician, and my wife, Marion is a researcher in Linguistics. We are discreet and respectful (fully soundproofed music studio), we have a 2-year-old son. See you soon!
