Gites de La Richardiere - The Hirondelle

Charming family-run self-catering accommodation with heated swimming pool and breath-taking panoramic views.  Suitable for families, couples & individuals.  Pet friendly - well-behaved dogs welcome.  Fully open April - October, although the gîtes are available for booking year-round. The space Charming gîte with 2 bedrooms and private garden. On the first floor, the master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables with additional drawers. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom contains a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is a bright and spacious landing with a comfortable chaise longue. Baby gates have been fitted at both the top, and bottom of the staircase for easy use if required. Downstairs there is a fully functional self-catering kitchen, equipped with gas oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All cutlery, crockery and glassware is provided. There are 2 fridges available for use if required. Both have integrated freezer sections. There is a dining table with seating for 5 guests. The living room boasts comfortable sofas, a wood burning stove, bookcase with a variety of books and a TV with Sky. Each gîte has its own WiFi system. To the rear, there is a private, gated garden containing a charcoal BBQ and patio with outdoor table, chairs and umbrella. The garden leads out to the parking area and wood store. There is also a crib, which can be easily assembled, highchair, heater, hoover, iron & ironing board and portable fans. Travel cots are also available upon request. There is a washing machine in the wash room, which can be used by guests, we just ask for a small contribution in the ‘honesty jar’. All linen and towels are provided. There will also be green towels within the gîte, for use at the pool. The pool is open 9am-10pm and is heated to around 27°C. No glassware or pets are permitted within the pool area and children must be supervised at all times. Within the grounds, you will also find a games field with facilities for boules, ping-pong, football and badminton. There are also swings and a picnic table.
