The space This apartment combines charm, comfort and privacy, with well-defined environments and a layout designed to enjoy both short and long stays. The apartment is in a classic 1950s Buenos Aires building, with the charm and proportions of that era. Original wooden floors, and a French balcony that brings light and character, in contrast to a renovated interior designed for modern comfort. This place was my former art studio, and today it retains that creative essence in every corner. I have decided to leave some of my artworks so that they can continue to resonate and benefit from the energy of travelers, in a neighborhood that is the true heart of artistic expression in Buenos Aires. 🛋 Living area It is a comfortable and cozy space, it has a large and super soft sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking.
