The unit is facing the south gate of UF. Just a few minutes walk to the stadium. It is also near Shands, VA, restaurants, shopping &Butler Plaza. It is on the ground floor. The multiple bus stops right next to the complex. The parking is free. There're four rooms in the unit, room #2 is one of it. There're two baths shared by four rooms. Double sinks in bathroom, appliances with microwave and indoor laundry room etc. It is good value, good location, you'll have a pleasant time here. The space *1 person allowed in 1 room. *It’s a fully furnished, comfortable private room, a bed, a nightstand, a desk, a light and a chair. *It's a cozy place to relax or study. *Washer and dryer in the unit, free *Plenty of off street free parking *Kitchen and dining table where guests can cook and enjoy their own meals *TV in public in the common area shared with housemates. *24 hr Fitness Center & Clubhouse/Game room *Resort-style Lounge Pool & Jacuzzi * Recreational facilities (e.g. gym, pool, tennis/basketball courts) *The complex is almost surrounded in woods.
