My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines. The space Since I have loved old vending machines since my childhood, I have hung two particularly beautiful machines, namely my PEZ machine and my perfume machine, in the apartment. The machines work and may be used. In the apartment there is a bookshelf and a cozy reading corner, the Tavolino corner. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, microwave, fridge and everything you need. There are also free coffee pods for coffee after arrival and beyond. Oil, pepper and salt are also available so you can quickly prepare something warm. In the bathroom you will find a washing machine with integrated tumble dryer and a hairdryer, a straightening iron and a curling iron as well as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel and whatever else you need. In the TV/living room corner, you can use my 55-inch curved HD TV with Netflix, which you can also switch to the large speaker system to have a perfect movie experience. If you're not in the mood to watch TV, you can ask Alexa to play your favorite station. Suppose your favorite station is Bayern 3. You say, "Alexa, play Bayern 3." Then Bayern 3 will sound from four speakers located in the main living room. If you want to relax and take a bath after a long eventful day, ask Alexa, for example, if she can play the radio station "Absolut Relax" for you and switch the living room amplifier to the bathroom speakers. If you are perhaps in my apartment for professional reasons, you could of course sit at the kitchen or living room table or in the reading corner or you can simply sit in the office at my desk. Guest access You have access to all areas of my apartment, except for the cabinets marked "private," in which I put my things when I am not present and rent my apartment.
